Job Summary:

Riveton Homes & Properties Ltd. is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. From setting up devices for end-users to resolving hardware and software issues, you will be the go-to person for technical support. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll contribute to maintaining a secure and efficient IT environment, supporting the company's mission of innovation in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

End-User Support: Provide responsive and effective technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly.

Hardware and Software Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting of computer systems, servers, and other IT equipment.

Device Setup: Take the lead in setting up devices for end-users, ensuring proper configuration, installation of necessary software, and seamless integration into the company's network.

Issue Resolution: Be the primary point of contact for resolving hardware and software issues, including diagnosing problems, implementing solutions, and ensuring a smooth user experience.

Network Management: Monitor and maintain the company's network infrastructure, ensuring connectivity, security, and optimal performance.

System Upgrades: Assist in planning and executing system upgrades, installations, and configurations to keep the IT environment up-to-date.

Security Management: Implement and enforce IT security policies, conduct regular security audits, and respond to security incidents.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT processes, configurations, and issue resolutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience in IT support, with a focus on troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and security principles.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Customer-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality support.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦100,000.00 per month
